This red wine comes direct from Grande Palliere's organic vineyard in the middle of the Var, Provence so benefits from plenty of South of France sunshine to produce their fabulous organic grapes. The grapes are macerated for 5 to 10 days and fermented in thermo controlled cuves that preserves all the flavours.
