Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Notification can be made by telephone, post, fax, or email to
service@JustGreatWine.co.uk
within three working days of delivery.
If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit. You will need to quote your order number or date of order. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
On the rare occasion that this happens, we will offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.
