South Africa Barrydale Cellar. Wine of origin Tradouw. Klein Karoo. 2007. Merchants Mark. Sauvignon Blanc. Since medieval times, merchants adopted signs and symbols to identify and authenticate their goods. Joseph Barry, founder of Barrydale had his own “merchants mark” containing the mystical “sign of four”. Today we honour this tradition by naming our new range “Merchants Mark”.
