C&D Derrain St Aubin Rouge 'Le Ban' Bio Dynamic

Description: This is a biodynamic wine, which can best be described as 'organic plus' (see FaQs). Using biodynamically produced grapes this classic Mercurey (made from 100% Pinot Noir) is then produced using naturally occurring yeasts and natural fermentation so that minimal use of even traditional wine additives are used in making this wine. It is as natural a wine product as you will ever see. What is even more remarkable is how excellent the wine is. This light red wine is big on cherries and is wonderfully balanced with a lovely finish. The 'capsule' is special natural sealant to give extra protection to the wine from the air to compensate for the very low levels of sulphur in the finished wine that would otherwise provide that protection. Just push the corkscrew through to open the bottle.
