Translated: This wine comes from a sandy-gravely terrain where the vines are 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. The soil is worked but not weeded, the harvests are hand picked and the grapes are sorted by hand. The wine making is traditional. Over 6 months it is aged in oak barrels so as to bring out the oak flavour giving an aromatic complexity and round and silky tannins. Some of the attributes to this high quality wine is good propensity to ageing.
