Description: Fruity with fine bubbles give this classic champagne its special character. Made from the 2000, 2001 and 2002 harvests. The ultimate in aperifs or for celebratory drinks. Rated 93 points: ‘Awesome bubbly. This is light on its feet but very expressive with notes of baked bread, lemon peel, roasted nuts. The finish is long and just darned delicious.’ – simpsonr, cellartracker Rated 91 points: ‘ Bright canary yellow colour; round, lovely baked bread nose; tasty, tangy lemon and citrus palate with depth.
