The north face of this hill receives the full benefit of the sun and the grapes reach full maturity and are the basis upon which the Ross Estate red wines are made. The two varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot compliment each other beautifully, resulting in a complex wine that exhibits a pleasing combination of fruit flavours and seamless soft tannins. a wine made for immediate enjoyment or short term cellaring.
