Semillon is a classic Barossa grape variety. This wine is fresh, crisp and dry with loads of citrus, apricot and herbaceous flavours. A really excellent wine for aperitifs or to serve with grilled or steamed fish dishes or with Chinese lemon chicken.

Semillon is a classic Barossa Valley grape variety which flourishes in the vineyard of the estate. Grown on the Southern facing slopes of a rolling hillock, the fruit is cooled in the evening by gentle gully breezes as they are deflected off the surrounding Barossa Valley Ranges. This unique terroir is captured in this handcrafted wine, producing a fresh, crisp dry style of wine with citrus and herbaceous flavours.
