Description/Tasting Notes:
Made from the Garrigots and Belvêze terroirs in Minervois, this wine is lightly oaked by maturing 20% of the wine in barrels for 5 months. Fresh and elegant this wine is well balanced and has good length. The colour is of pale yellow with green hues and has floral nose with hints of eucalyptus, butter and toast make this a complex and very drinkable wine either on its own or excellent with Dover sole, salmon or cod. Recently scored 87 by Wine Spectator.
