Light, crisp and fresh. If every dinner party you went to served this you wouldn't complain! Very easy and pleasant to drink. Excellent for lunchtime or aperitif drinking. If you are on a GI or South Beach diet this will go well with all the salads and other light meals you should be eating. Melon and quince fruit mark this Vin de Pays wine out as an excellent value, well made, well balanced wine.
