Description/Tasting Notes:
 Fine white wine for easy drinking. Light yellow/gold colour. Delicate tastes of exotic fruit (lychees and mango) flavours with the freshness of white pears. Nose of peach, apple and plum. The grapes were hand harvested in September 2004 and then carefully and slowly fermented over 21 days under strict temperature control to ensure none of the flavours were lost. A drink to be savoured as an aperitif or served with sushi or oysters.
