Description/Tasting Notes:
 A full-bodied deep red wine structured with silky tannins flavoured with blackcurrants, red currants and raspberry aromas with a liquorice finish. The bouquet has spicy and crystallised fruit with loads of black and red currants. The wine is made from Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache grapes which are all carefully macerated and fermented separately before blending into this elegant wine. Great with white meat with tomato, game with spicy sauces or veal stew.
