Description/Tasting Notes:
 With a deep purple-red colour this wine has a bouquet of spice and red fruits which are in perfect harmony with the oak which has softened the tannins nicely giving a smooth finish. This Corbieres is well made with hand picked grapes, a long maceration to maximise concentration and volume and ageing in French oak barrels. By using modern equipment and lots of attention to detail this is a perfect example of this well known southern French wine. Great with red meats and game. Can be drunk now but will keep for 10 years or more.
