Description/Tasting Notes:
 This white wine comes from the sun drenched Var, Provence so producing wonderful organic grapes that make this crisp white wine. After harvesting, the grapes are settled for a short period and then slowly fermented under strict temperature control in stainless steel cuves which ensures that all the freshness and the flavours are retained. Aromas of citrus and wild flowers with a little banana and a finish of tropical fruits make this an excellent lunchtime accompaniment or, alternatively, to be drunk as an aperitif.
