Description/Tasting Notes:
This excellent wine, 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, is the second wine of Chateau Haut Goujon AOC Lalande de Pomerol and as such is similar but slighter softer. It is a wine of beautiful finesse, fruity with subtle oak and has a well balanced structure. It can be drunk now but will keep for up to 5 years but will lose its aromas as it ages. Excellent with roasted or grilled red meat, stews and cheddar cheese
