Description/Tasting Notes:
 This is full bodied, well macerated and of deep red/purple colour. The flavours of mushrooms, blackcurrants and damsons make this wine typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. The controlled tannins and smooth finish also combine to make this a lovely drink to accompany red meats, pasta dishes and winter casseroles.
